Clients agree to:

Share necessary credentials and access on time
Respond promptly to approvals and queries
Avoid unauthorized modifications to the system
Support IT Tech is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client cooperation.
Both parties agree to keep confidential:
Business information
Source code and technical data
Login credentials and sensitive details
Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Support IT Tech shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business profits
Issues caused by third-party services, APIs, or platforms
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
